FODO Ireland is a representative professional body for community eye health providers in Ireland. Our members include both independent and corporate opticians, which operate as primary eye care contractors, and individual practitioners. Between them FODO Ireland members deliver over 55 per cent of the eye care by volume in the Republic.
To support the eyecare sector and prepare for the changing nature of eye care in Ireland, FODO has increased its service offering with the aim of delivering better eye health for all, delivered through world-class community based services, provided in a competitive environment.
FODO Ireland seeks to work with all parties to present a united voice for the sector and to support and defend the provision of quality eye care for all.
